Services That Carry the Catalogue

Products are the visible half of a project order. This page covers the other half: the five services the company lists, what each one actually does, and how to pin it down in your quotation.

01The Five Services

ServiceWhat it does on a real order
Site measurementVerifies the dimensions behind the BOQ before production — the cheapest moment to find a wrong quantity is before anything is made. Ask whether measurement support reaches your site; installation teams are listed for the Philippines, Nigeria and Thailand.
Material recommendationMaps specifications written around other catalogues onto equivalent constructions in this one, with the difference stated in writing on the schedule.
Budget controlWorks the schedule against a target budget by named, line-level substitution — construction, finish or hardware changes you approve one by one.
LogisticsConsolidates mixed categories into planned shipments with an agreed packing and loading plan and document set.
Installation & engineeringInstallation services and engineering support where offered for your market and category. Scope is per project — get it named in the quotation, not assumed from this list.

02How to Make Services Real

A service list on a website is a menu, not a commitment. The way to convert it into either is the quotation: ask for each service your project needs to be named in the quotation with its scope — measurement for which areas, installation for which categories, logistics to which port or site. Services that survive being written down are the ones that exist. This advice applies to every supplier you are comparing; a one-stop catalogue simply gives the conversation more surface to work with, because the same team quoting your flooring is quoting your furniture and your vanities.

03After the Shipment

Project orders end in phases, not in a single delivery. Keep the confirmed schedule as the reference for receiving: check model codes and colour codes against it at the container, record shortages against lines rather than against the order as a whole, and raise them against the schedule. For repeat phases — the second tower, the next hotel — the same schedule, updated for quantity, is the fastest route to an identical specification; colour and model codes recorded at Stage 3 are what make the repeat order actually identical.

QBuyer Questions

How do I get a quotation for a whole project?

Send the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings or a room-by-room materials list through the contact form or to [email protected]. The team works it into a materials schedule and quotes item by item, so you can approve, drop or substitute lines before anything is ordered.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantities are set per item and per project, and they are not published as a single catalogue number. Before you commit, ask for the MOQ of each line on your list in writing — small finishing items and full container loads of flooring follow different rules.

Which certificates can be supplied?

The company's certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates, among others. Certificates are available upon request — ask for the document that matches the exact product line on your order before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Production and consolidation times depend on the mix of categories in one order. Before payment, confirm the lead time for your confirmed list in writing; mixed-category orders are normally consolidated so flooring, furniture and finishing items travel together.

Working on a project materials list?

Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
