One-Stop Building Materials, Defined by Its Limits

"One-stop" is easy to claim and hard to mean. This page defines what the term covers here — the ranges, the services, and the honest edges of both.

01What One-Stop Covers Here

The company's own name for the model is the One-stop Project Solution, and the catalogue backs it with breadth that can be counted: eleven ranges, 1,320 lines, from flooring and furniture to curtain walls and sanitary ware. One-stop here means three concrete things: one schedule that prices the whole list, one service line that runs measurement support, material recommendation, budget control, logistics and installation services, and one accountable conversation when a line needs substituting. It does not mean every line is made in one building, and this site does not claim that: a group with four brands and a catalogue this wide is a coordinated supply organisation, and the value is in the coordination.

02Where the Edges Are

  • Not everything is a stock item. Drawing-led ranges — curtain walls, staircases, custom joinery — are produced to order against confirmed dimensions.
  • Not every service fits every project. Installation services are listed for specific markets; confirm availability for your site rather than assuming it.
  • Not every claim is published. Named-client references are withheld until they can be evidenced; certificates are supplied per item on request rather than waved as logos.
  • Breadth has a centre of gravity. The catalogue is deepest in flooring, joinery and sanitary ware; envelope systems are a smaller, drawing-led range. The specimen pages say so, in line counts, on purpose.

03The Test That Matters

Judge a one-stop claim with a mixed list. Send a BOQ that crosses at least three ranges — flooring, furniture and one construction range is a good stress test — and read the schedule that comes back. Are the lines identified by model code and construction, or by category names? Are unmeetable lines flagged with the difference stated? Are certificates matched to items? A one-stop supplier that survives those questions on paper will usually survive them in the container. Our blog carries the longer version of this test: manufacturer vs supplier vs distributor.

QBuyer Questions

How do I get a quotation for a whole project?

Send the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings or a room-by-room materials list through the contact form or to [email protected]. The team works it into a materials schedule and quotes item by item, so you can approve, drop or substitute lines before anything is ordered.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantities are set per item and per project, and they are not published as a single catalogue number. Before you commit, ask for the MOQ of each line on your list in writing — small finishing items and full container loads of flooring follow different rules.

Which certificates can be supplied?

The company's certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates, among others. Certificates are available upon request — ask for the document that matches the exact product line on your order before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Production and consolidation times depend on the mix of categories in one order. Before payment, confirm the lead time for your confirmed list in writing; mixed-category orders are normally consolidated so flooring, furniture and finishing items travel together.

Working on a project materials list?

Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
