01The Range

The wardrobe family runs to 84 catalogue lines with recorded finishes of PVC, melamine and solid wood. Its distinctive sub-family is the walk-in: 11 walk-in wardrobe compositions, the dressing-room format that apartment and villa programmes increasingly treat as a room in its own right rather than a cupboard. Walk-in compositions are storage architecture — hanging, shelving, drawer and shoe zones composed to a room's dimensions — and they are specified from plans, not from photographs.

For hotel and serviced-apartment programmes the wardrobe is usually the largest single joinery item in the room, and the one whose finish must agree with both the furniture package and the door it sits beside. That is the practical argument for sourcing it inside the same schedule as the room's other joinery: one finish board, one approval, no three-way tone negotiation on site.

02Specification Notes

  • Interior before exterior. Specify the interior layout (hanging lengths, shelf and drawer counts) before the door finish; interiors are what residents use daily.
  • Record the finish system. PVC, melamine or solid wood — the choice changes care, repair and price; it belongs in the schedule by line.
  • Custom compositions are covered on the custom wardrobes page — dimensions and interiors adapted to the plan.

QBuyer Questions

What finishes do the vanity and wardrobe lines come in?

The vanity catalogue records finishes of PVC, melamine, painting, solid wood and lacquer; wardrobe lines include PVC, melamine and solid wood finishes. Finish selection is made against physical samples, and the chosen finish belongs in the schedule by line.

Can wardrobes, kitchens and vanities be scheduled together?

Yes — they are one joinery conversation, and one of the natural packages on a residential or serviced-apartment programme: 84 wardrobe lines, 166 kitchen lines and 89 vanity lines in one schedule.

Do these pages carry keyword targets?

The whole-house cluster carries the demand; some receiving categories — kitchen cabinets, doors and windows, sanitary ware, stone and tile — are catalogued as part of the full-range promise and are presented as category pages rather than keyword targets, by design.

Are dimensions standard or custom?

Catalogue lines carry their own size sets where listed — the vanity width sets, for example, run 600 to 1200 mm. Confirm dimension options per line in the quotation, and treat a dimension not confirmed in writing as not yet agreed.
