01The Four Compositions
| Set line | Catalogue code | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Resort Furniture | Resort Furniture 002 | Resort room composition — relaxed casegoods and seating for leisure properties. |
| Resort Hotel Furnitures | Resort Furnitures 001 | A second resort composition at a different finish register. |
| Europe Modern Hotel Furniture | Europe Hotel Furniture 002 | Modern European-style room composition. |
| Europe Apartment Hotel Furniture | Europe Hotel Furniture 001 | Apartment-hotel composition — the room as small residence. |
A composed set does three jobs at once. It prices the room in one line, which makes programme arithmetic trivial. It locks the finish relationship between pieces — bed, bedside tables, TV cabinet and seating designed to sit together — which is where separately-bought rooms usually fail. And it gives the mock-up room a single approval object: approve the set, and the programme's design question is answered once, physically.
02Sets vs Piece-by-Piece: the Real Trade-Off
Sets trade choice for coherence. If your design intent is a specific room from a specific designer, piece-by-piece composition from the wider range — beds, sofas and casegoods selected individually, or the custom route — serves it better and prices slower. If the intent is a reliable, coherent room at a controlled price across several hundred keys, the set is the professional answer, and the remaining design work moves to finishes and textiles. Many programmes mix both: sets for standard room types, composed pieces for suites and public areas. The schedule handles the mix without ceremony — room types are priced in their own terms either way.
Composition identity rule: a set quotation must list its pieces. The four lines above are catalogue compositions; the piece list for the set you are quoted is part of the quotation, and you should hold it before approval.
QBuyer Questions
Can furniture be quoted per room programme?
Yes — send the room count and the mix of room types. The schedule prices the furniture as a room programme: sets and casegoods per room type, multiplied out, with public-area pieces listed separately. Changes to the programme reprice the affected room types only.
What exactly is in a hotel furniture set?
The catalogue's set lines are drawn as complete guest rooms — bed, bedside tables, TV cabinet, tea table and seating as one composition (four set lines, including resort and apartment-hotel compositions). Ask for the composition list of the set you are quoted, item by item, before approval.
Can finishes match our interior designer's palette?
Finish matching starts from physical samples. Send the palette or the board finishes used elsewhere in the project; the team confirms which catalogue finishes and constructions can meet it, and where they cannot, says so on the schedule rather than approximating silently.
Is the furniture priced with the rest of the project?
It can be. Hotel furniture, flooring, vanities and sanitary ware for the same property are normally quoted in one materials schedule — see the FF&E procurement page for how the package is structured.
Working on a project materials list?
Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
