01The Envelope Ranges
Construction materials on this site means the lines that close and guard the building: 22 curtain wall lines (glass systems in fin, unitised, point-fixed and hidden-frame constructions, plus panel, stone and terracotta systems, canopies and skylights), 100 door and window lines, 58 railing and staircase lines, and steel structure items listed inside the curtain wall range. These are drawing-led products — a curtain wall or a staircase is quoted from dimensions and construction details, not from a photograph — and their specimen pages on this site are written that way: constructions and published specification fields first.
| Range | What the catalogue holds |
|---|---|
| Curtain walls (22) | Glass curtain walls with published glass, frame and finish options; aluminium composite and solid panel systems; stone and terracotta panel systems; canopies, skylights, steel structure. |
| Doors & windows (100) | Aluminium windows in sliding, casement, awning, tilt-and-turn and double-hung constructions; wood and uPVC lines; doors in aluminium, painted, metal and uPVC constructions. |
| Railings & staircases (58) | Stainless, aluminium, zinc-steel and iron railings; straight, spiral and curved staircases with published stringer, tread and handrail specifications on the checked lines. |
02Drawing-Led Quoting
For these ranges the quotation process starts from your drawings, and the useful questions are dimensional: opening sizes, frame depths, glass build-up, finish system. The glass curtain wall lines, for example, publish glass colours (clear, blue, grey, green, brown), single glazing thicknesses of 6/8/10/12 mm, laminated and insulated build-ups, aluminium frame thicknesses of 2.5–3.0 mm, frame depths from 90 to 150 mm and powder coating, anodised or PVDF finishes. A quotation that does not restate the build-up it is pricing is not yet a quotation — ask for the construction in writing, line by line.
Performance claims — wind load, thermal, acoustic, fire — are project- and jurisdiction-specific. This site does not publish blanket performance figures for envelope systems; request the test documentation for the exact system on your list before payment.
QBuyer Questions
How do I get a quotation for a whole project?
Send the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings or a room-by-room materials list through the contact form or to [email protected]. The team works it into a materials schedule and quotes item by item, so you can approve, drop or substitute lines before anything is ordered.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantities are set per item and per project, and they are not published as a single catalogue number. Before you commit, ask for the MOQ of each line on your list in writing — small finishing items and full container loads of flooring follow different rules.
Which certificates can be supplied?
The company's certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates, among others. Certificates are available upon request — ask for the document that matches the exact product line on your order before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Production and consolidation times depend on the mix of categories in one order. Before payment, confirm the lead time for your confirmed list in writing; mixed-category orders are normally consolidated so flooring, furniture and finishing items travel together.
Working on a project materials list?
Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
