Hotel Building Materials, Scheduled by the Room

A hotel materials list is a room multiplied by a number. Furniture, flooring and vanities for the same room should come from the same schedule — and the same supplier conversation.

01Why Hotels Buy Differently

Residential buyers pick products; hotel buyers pick a room and multiply it. That changes what a supplier has to be good at: finish consistency across hundreds of identical pieces, a vanity and a wardrobe that match the bed wall, flooring that survives commercial traffic in the same building where the furniture sits. Yekalon's catalogue is unusual in covering all three layers of a guest room — the floor under it, the furniture in it and the bathroom fitted into it — which is why hotel projects are a named line of the business rather than an accident of the catalogue.

02The Hotel List, Layer by Layer

LayerRanges on this site
Guest-room furnitureHotel furniture: sets, beds, sofas, bedside tables, TV cabinets, tea tables, luggage racks — plus FF&E procurement support for the full package.
FloorsCommercial flooring: engineered wood for rooms, click-lock laminate with published density options, SPC and vinyl for wet and back-of-house areas.
BathroomsBathroom vanities in five material groups and sanitary ware — basins, toilets, tubs and faucets.
Public areasStone and tile for lobbies, curtain walls for the envelope, WPC decking for pool and terrace areas.
Back of houseKitchen cabinetry ranges and staff-area joinery from the whole-house cluster.

The practical gain is scheduling: one materials schedule carries the room count logic, so a change to the room programme — ten more king rooms, a converted floor — reprices the whole affected layer set at once, instead of reopening five supplier conversations.

03A Word on References

Hotel groups guard their names, and this site does not publish client logos or named hotel references: brand-client claims require evidence and permission, and neither is published here. What can be checked is the catalogue itself — room sets drawn as complete rooms, casegoods specified as ranges, furniture described in project language. Judge the list on its specimens, and ask for category documentation during quotation.

QBuyer Questions

How do I get a quotation for a whole project?

Send the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings or a room-by-room materials list through the contact form or to [email protected]. The team works it into a materials schedule and quotes item by item, so you can approve, drop or substitute lines before anything is ordered.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantities are set per item and per project, and they are not published as a single catalogue number. Before you commit, ask for the MOQ of each line on your list in writing — small finishing items and full container loads of flooring follow different rules.

Which certificates can be supplied?

The company's certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates, among others. Certificates are available upon request — ask for the document that matches the exact product line on your order before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Production and consolidation times depend on the mix of categories in one order. Before payment, confirm the lead time for your confirmed list in writing; mixed-category orders are normally consolidated so flooring, furniture and finishing items travel together.

Working on a project materials list?

Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
