01Start With the Document You Already Have
Every project already has the document that matters: a bill of quantities, a set of drawings, or a room schedule. Send whichever exists. The team's first job is translation — turning BOQ lines into catalogue lines, and flagging the lines where the specification and the catalogue disagree. A line that cannot be met as specified comes back with the closest catalogue construction and the difference stated, never silently substituted.
The company profile states the group participates in thousands of new projects a year; the verifiable part of that claim for your order is the service list itself — site measurement, material recommendation, budget control, logistics, and installation and engineering services are all named services, and the ones your project needs should be named again, specifically, in your quotation.
02The Four Services That Decide a Project Order
- Site measurement support. Quantities in a BOQ are only as good as the measure behind them. Where the project is within reach of the company's installation teams — the profile lists installation services in the Philippines, Nigeria and Thailand — ask what measurement support is available for your site.
- Material recommendation. A specification written around another supplier's catalogue can usually be met by an equivalent construction. The recommendation step is where equivalents are proposed — with the construction difference written down.
- Budget control. Line-level substitution against a target budget, as described on the wholesale page.
- Logistics and installation. Consolidation of mixed categories into sequenced shipments, and installation services where offered. Confirm scope per project; do not assume installation is included because it is listed.
03What to Check Before You Sign
Three checks protect a contractor on any large materials order, from any supplier. First, specification identity: the item quoted must be the item described — a model code, a size, a finish — not a category name. The catalogue pages on this site keep model codes visible for exactly this reason. Second, certificate matching: request the certificate for the exact line, before payment; the certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates. Third, the substitution clause: agree in writing that no line ships substituted without your approval. A supplier confident in its schedule will accept all three without argument.
Project references and named-client claims are not published on this site: client names are only used with evidence and permission. Ask for the project documentation relevant to your category during the quotation process.
QBuyer Questions
How do I get a quotation for a whole project?
Send the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings or a room-by-room materials list through the contact form or to [email protected]. The team works it into a materials schedule and quotes item by item, so you can approve, drop or substitute lines before anything is ordered.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantities are set per item and per project, and they are not published as a single catalogue number. Before you commit, ask for the MOQ of each line on your list in writing — small finishing items and full container loads of flooring follow different rules.
Which certificates can be supplied?
The company's certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates, among others. Certificates are available upon request — ask for the document that matches the exact product line on your order before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Production and consolidation times depend on the mix of categories in one order. Before payment, confirm the lead time for your confirmed list in writing; mixed-category orders are normally consolidated so flooring, furniture and finishing items travel together.
Working on a project materials list?
Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
