Hospitality Furniture for Rooms That Are Sold by the Night

Hospitality furniture works harder than domestic furniture and is judged faster — at check-in. This range covers the guest room and the spaces around it.

01Beyond the Guest Room

The guest room is the centre of the hospitality range — sets, beds, sofas and casegoods — but a property is also its lounges, its tea and lobby seating, its serviced-apartment kitchens. The catalogue's hospitality coverage follows that map: the hotel furniture lines for rooms, twelve sofa lines that serve rooms and lounges alike, tea tables and occasional pieces, and behind them the whole-house joinery for apartment-style properties where the room includes a kitchen and a wardrobe wall.

Resort properties appear in the catalogue's own compositions — two of the four set lines are resort compositions — and resort programmes add outdoor exposure to the specification conversation: decking for pool terraces from the flooring range (WPC decking), and finishes chosen for humidity. The schedule for a resort should say, line by line, which pieces are interior and which are rated by their construction for semi-outdoor use; ask for that distinction in writing rather than discovering it in the second season.

02Durability Is a Specification, Not an Adjective

Hospitality buyers should be suspicious of the word "durable" standing alone — this site avoids it as a claim and prefers the checkable version: construction, material and finish, stated per line, with samples approved physically. Where a catalogue line publishes its construction, the specimen pages here repeat it; where it does not, the honest entry is "confirm construction with the quotation". A hospitality programme that records construction per piece can be maintained, repaired and re-ordered; one that records only photographs cannot.

Fire and safety documentation for furniture and materials is jurisdiction-specific. Request the documentation for the exact lines in your programme, matched to your market's requirements, before payment — certificates and test documents are available upon request for the lines that carry them.

QBuyer Questions

Can furniture be quoted per room programme?

Yes — send the room count and the mix of room types. The schedule prices the furniture as a room programme: sets and casegoods per room type, multiplied out, with public-area pieces listed separately. Changes to the programme reprice the affected room types only.

What exactly is in a hotel furniture set?

The catalogue's set lines are drawn as complete guest rooms — bed, bedside tables, TV cabinet, tea table and seating as one composition (four set lines, including resort and apartment-hotel compositions). Ask for the composition list of the set you are quoted, item by item, before approval.

Can finishes match our interior designer's palette?

Finish matching starts from physical samples. Send the palette or the board finishes used elsewhere in the project; the team confirms which catalogue finishes and constructions can meet it, and where they cannot, says so on the schedule rather than approximating silently.

Is the furniture priced with the rest of the project?

It can be. Hotel furniture, flooring, vanities and sanitary ware for the same property are normally quoted in one materials schedule — see the FF&E procurement page for how the package is structured.

Working on a project materials list?

Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
