01The Five Stages
- Stage 1 — The list. You send a BOQ, drawings or a room schedule. Closes with: your list acknowledged, with clarification questions where lines are ambiguous.
- Stage 2 — The schedule. The list returns as a materials schedule with per-item quotations and flagged substitutions. Closes with: a schedule version you can mark up. Nothing is owed at this stage.
- Stage 3 — Samples and certificates. Physical samples for finish-deciding lines; certificates requested per item. Closes with: approvals recorded against model and colour codes.
- Stage 4 — Confirmation. Final schedule, quantities, MOQ per line, lead time and packing plan confirmed in writing before payment. Closes with: the confirmed schedule — the reference document for production.
- Stage 5 — Production, consolidation, shipment. Categories produced to one timeline, consolidated and shipped with the agreed document set. Installation and engineering services, where agreed for your market, close the loop on site.
02Who This Suits
The model fits buyers whose lists cross categories: contractors fitting out hotels, apartments and commercial buildings; developers standardising finishes across a programme; distributors who want project volume without project chaos. It fits less well for a single commodity line at maximum volume — a specialist factory will usually beat a generalist on one line at ten thousand units, and this site will not pretend otherwise. The honest comparison is total landed cost and management cost of the whole list, not the unit price of its easiest line.
03What Is Not Published, and Why
This page describes a process, not a trophy wall. Named project references and client logos are withheld until they can be evidenced with permission; the company profile states participation in thousands of projects a year, and that statement is attributed here rather than decorated with borrowed names. If references matter to your approval process, ask for category documentation during Stage 2 — that is the stage where evidence belongs.
QBuyer Questions
How do I get a quotation for a whole project?
Send the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings or a room-by-room materials list through the contact form or to [email protected]. The team works it into a materials schedule and quotes item by item, so you can approve, drop or substitute lines before anything is ordered.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order quantities are set per item and per project, and they are not published as a single catalogue number. Before you commit, ask for the MOQ of each line on your list in writing — small finishing items and full container loads of flooring follow different rules.
Which certificates can be supplied?
The company's certificate page lists SGS laminate flooring certification, CE, FSC and CARB certificates, among others. Certificates are available upon request — ask for the document that matches the exact product line on your order before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Production and consolidation times depend on the mix of categories in one order. Before payment, confirm the lead time for your confirmed list in writing; mixed-category orders are normally consolidated so flooring, furniture and finishing items travel together.
Working on a project materials list?
Send the BOQ, drawings or room schedule. The team replies with a materials schedule, per-item quotation and the certificates available for the items on your list.
